A couple of weeks ago when Jon came back from lounging around on location, he handed me a disc and said: "I want a full spread of pics in The Clubhouse for the fine folk at Cocktails & Dreams because it's the best Ladyboy bar in the WORLD!" So I said: "Fair enough, me old mate!" But that's not what I was thinking. I was actually thinking 'Arrrgh! You utter bastard. Piss off and have a good time and I'll throw up an instant pictorial overnight? Bugger off, you Irish git!'

Anyway, after a Burger King (and a sneaky sip from his Bacardi bottle when he thought I wasn't looking) I decided to give it a go! (I'm easily bought!) I started off with about 400 pics and a lot of them were of the club fixtures (boring!) and some of them were of signs that said 'Buckets of beer for 1,000 baht!'. Well, I didn't think you'd want to see that crap so they were the first ones tossed onto the cutting room floor!

Next I waded through all the pictures of the girls. Some were good and some were awful and some were illegal! (I kept those ones, of course!) Then there was the issue of how to present them. That was the biggest consideration. I toyed with the idea of an elaborate slide show, along with a couple of other artsy fartsy stupid ideas. But I ended up presenting them 'au natural!' 

The reasons are these: This fantastic club is a party every night. I wanted to give you guys the feeling of a party atmosphere as you clicked through each photo. I also didn't want you to get 'one bird overload', so there are just 2 or 3 shots of each girl (except for my two favourites!) Hey, it's my damn show innit?

So anyway I also scaled down the size of the pictures and the amount of them! Each of the five pages has thirty pictures on each and the maximum width of each one is 700 pixels. Also the photos havn't been doctored. So they are as they were taken a couple of weeks ago. (January 2004)
